Peptide Therapy

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body. Under physician supervision, a provider may discuss peptide options with you based on your labs and goals. Most peptides are not FDA-approved for these uses, and evidence varies.

Targeted signals, chosen with care

Your body already uses peptides in processes such as appetite, tissue repair, sleep and growth hormone release. Therapeutic peptides are designed to interact with some of those pathways. Different peptides act differently, and what is appropriate depends on your goals and lab results.

We do not hand out a standard protocol. After a consultation and lab review, your provider explains which options may be appropriate, how each is typically used, what the evidence does and does not show, and what to watch for. Many peptides have limited human data, and benefits are not guaranteed.

Peptides are monitored over time. We check how you feel, review follow-up labs when needed and adjust or stop treatment if it is not appropriate.

Peptide therapy questions

Safety depends on the specific peptide, the dose and your health. Evidence varies, and many peptides have limited human data. We explain what is known, review your history and monitor you during treatment.

Many are given as small subcutaneous injections with a very fine needle, and we teach you the technique. Some are available in other forms, and your provider will explain the options.

It depends on the goal and the individual, and some people notice no change. Your provider will explain what to watch for and when we will reassess. Results vary from person to person.

Yes. Peptides work best alongside good nutrition, strength training and sleep. We view them as a support tool, not a replacement for those basics.
