CynoGlow Skin Rejuvenation
CynoGlow brings two advanced technologies together in one appointment. By pairing the PicoSure Pro laser with Potenza microneedling, it addresses both skin tone and skin texture at the same time.
Tone and texture in one visit
Many skin concerns overlap. Sun spots sit beside enlarged pores, and dullness comes with fine lines. Treating them separately can mean more appointments and more downtime.
CynoGlow starts with the PicoSure Pro picosecond laser, which targets pigment and surface irregularities. We then follow with Potenza radiofrequency microneedling to stimulate collagen and refine texture. The sequence is a combined protocol that our practice has designed; the protocol itself is not FDA-cleared.
Because the two devices complement each other, many patients like the convenience of a combined plan. We customize settings for your skin and concerns, and may recommend a short series.

What to expect
- 1Skin assessment. We evaluate your concerns, skin type and sun history, and review whether CynoGlow is a fit.
- 2Combined treatment. Laser pulses are followed by RF microneedling after numbing. Most patients tolerate it well.
- 3Healing glow. Expect pink, slightly tight skin that settles within days. Strict sun protection supports your results.
A physician-supervised approach
Combination treatments require judgment about timing and settings. Dr. Viglione, Amy Schram, APRN and Brandy Nicholson, APRN design each plan around your skin, not a one-size protocol.
CynoGlow questions
What is CynoGlow?
It is a combined treatment that uses the PicoSure Pro laser and Potenza RF microneedling during a single visit to improve tone and texture.
How many treatments are needed?
Many patients benefit from a short series spaced several weeks apart, but your plan depends on your skin and goals.
How long is recovery?
Most people have redness for a day or two and light flaking for a few days. You can usually return to normal activity quickly.
Can I get CynoGlow in summer?
Sun exposure raises risks after treatment, so we discuss timing and sun protection. Some patients prefer cooler months.
